The challenge
Longevity Lab, led by medical director Dr Warrick Bishop, needed its digital front door rebuilt from scratch, with clinical advertising rules respected from the start rather than added later.
A new brand with no site
There was a reference design, but no live website, booking flow or store behind it.
A long, technical service menu
VO₂ Max, PEMF, the HOCATT Wellness Pod, X3, breathwork, NAD+, chelation, micronutrient testing, IV therapy and nurse consultations. Each needed its own clear explanation.
Bookings, hires and payments together
Services to book, PEMF mats to hire under a signed agreement, and Stripe payments covering all of it.
Health advertising rules
Every page and ad had to stay inside TGA and AHPRA limits on therapeutic claims.
A small team
Staff needed one place to handle enquiries instead of juggling five separate tools.
What we built: the public front door
Everything below runs on Evolvepreneur®iQ. There's no separate web host, booking app or ad tool.
Website
20 pages on the Page Builder: home, about, a services hub, contact, and a dedicated page for every service from VO₂ Max to IV therapy.
Brand system
Shared header and footer with consistent type and colour. Privacy, Terms, Cookie Policy and User Agreement written for a Hobart clinic and loaded centrally.
SEO
Meta tags, structured data and page performance handled natively, without a stack of plugins.
Public Help Centre
Built-in FAQs structured so AI assistants and search engines can read and cite the answers.
Bookings and revenue
Turning interest into appointments.
Bookings
8 EvolveMeet booking pages live, covering coaching, IV drips, consultations and the Wellness Pod, each with its own public link.
Store and equipment hire
8 products including micronutrient testing, NAD+, chelation and PEMF mat hire, with Stripe checkout. Hire orders pass through an e-signature gate for the hire agreement.
Patient portal
A branded member app for Longevity Lab's own patients, with bookings, results, their wellness journey, lifestyle tips and purchase history.
Analytics and attribution
Visits, traffic sources and ad performance tracked end to end, with ad results connected to store revenue so spend is judged on sales, not just clicks.
Marketing
Reaching new patients.
Ads Hub (live)
Meta campaigns planned, drafted and run from inside the platform. Bookings campaigns for the Wellness Pod and IV services are running now.
Evolve Social (live)
An AI-driven organic content engine working from a five-pillar strategy, publishing Facebook posts twice a day.
EvolveMail and CRM
Two monitored mailboxes, branded welcome, win-back and launch templates, and AI-drafted replies that staff review before sending. CRM forms feed straight in.
Newsletter HQ
The same system that has sent more than 100 editions elsewhere in the business, ready to switch on for the clinic's own list.
Running the clinic
What staff use every day.
Staff knowledge base
29 internal articles covering service procedures, screening, and brand and communications guidelines.
Support ticketing
Every enquiry tracked, assigned and closed from the same console. No separate helpdesk.
Compliance checking
Pages and ads screened against TGA and AHPRA health advertising rules as part of the publishing workflow, before anything goes live.
EvolveDocs
Business plans, compliance records and operating knowledge kept in one documented source.
Evolve HQ
The business is managed from Evolve HQ, which includes an AI Business Coach.
AI-driven operations
The EiQ Connector lets the whole system be run directly from Claude. This case study was researched and written that way.
Four months, start to relaunch
Built by one small team using the platform's own tools, with no developer hand-off or third-party marketing platform.
July 2026
Site built on the Page Builder: 17 pages, global header and footer, legal documents and 8 ecommerce products.
July to August 2026
Service pages brand-matched and laid out, the enquiry form unified on CRM forms, and the review-comment pass closed out.
August 2026
Hire-agreement e-signature gate shipped for equipment hire orders.
September to October 2026
Wellness Pod opened for booking. The waitlist campaign was retired and bookings campaigns launched for the Pod and IV services.
October 2026
Staff knowledge base live with 29 SOP and compliance articles, and the public Help Centre in progress.
Results so far
Longevity Lab has only just reopened, so here is the honest picture. Demand is showing up early and the infrastructure is fully in place. Bookings through the rebuilt platform haven't reached volume yet.
Paid traffic is ahead of benchmark
Early Meta campaigns are performing well above typical health and wellness benchmarks on both click-through rate and cost efficiency.
Everything a booking needs is live
Booking pages, the store, Stripe checkout, ticketing and the CRM are all connected. The focus now is converting that interest into appointments.
What's next
The console that built the site is the same one running the ads and holding the SOPs. One login, one data model.
Convert the interest already there
Sharper calls to action, pre-filled enquiries, and retargeting the people who have already visited or engaged with an ad.
Live chat, coming soon
EvolveEngage and Live Agent will add real-time visitor chat, building on the ticketing, CRM and compliance setup already in place.
