Good to know
- Smart Inbox is opt-in, user-trained only (no auto-sort rules). Shared/team accounts do not use Smart Inbox.
- Video meeting integration requires an active meeting account and API credentials configured per tenant.
- Email sync range is configurable per account (1 month to all-time); older messages are not synced by default.
- Scheduled sending and auto-signatures are available; delivery confirmation tracking is pixel-based read receipt only, not guaranteed delivery.
- Communication Hub supports external messaging bridges when configured; other channels require explicit bridge setup.
