Client entry point — the quick profit estimator, no cost to try

This is what you're introducing your client to

Profit Intelligence HQ is the client-facing side of this — start with the free quick diagnostic tool, which calculates their opportunity live across all six profit engines. That's the moment it stops being a pitch and starts being a number your client can see. Take a look before you make an introduction, or send your client straight there.

How it works

Three steps, no paperwork to start. You make an introduction. We do the work. You earn when your client engages.

1

You introduce a business owner

Point them to the free quick diagnostic tool, or make a personal introduction. We take it from there.

2

They run the free quick diagnostic

In about two minutes it calculates exactly where their profit is hiding — the same bar-chart breakdown across all six engines that makes the opportunity real, not theoretical. That's what sells the concept.

3

You earn 10% of any engagement

If they go deeper and it converts to a profit-share engagement, you receive 10% of the agreed fee — typically $2,500 to $5,000. Keep it or pass it to your client as a cashback.

The Profit Intelligence Model

From a free number to a shared result

Four steps, from the first two minutes with a business owner through to the work that follows, and what comes back to whoever made the introduction.

The 2-minute survey

A short survey gives the owner a big-picture number on where profit is hiding, built on a simple idea: small changes compound into a much bigger result than they add up to on paper.

The $500 Personal Audit

A paid audit digs deep into the business to find where the profit actually sits, not just the estimate. A Discovery Call then walks the owner through what was found, John and AI working the detail together.

🧩

Built in EiQ

Once the owner's on board, EiQ puts the plan to work. For some, that's project management through EvolveHQ. For others, like Warrick's Lab business, it's an entire custom backend built around how they operate.

The shared result

We agree a fee, usually 20% of the opportunity identified. 10% of that goes back to whoever made the introduction, as cash or as a credit on their own client's invoice.

Fee: 20% of opportunity
10% of the fee back to you

How the fee is calculated

We do not charge a retainer. Our engagements are built around the profit opportunity we identify together. After the diagnostic, we agree on the specific levers we will activate and price the engagement as a proportion of that opportunity. Then we work alongside the client for 90 days to capture it.

Worked example

On a typical engagement the profit opportunity we are working on is $100,000 to $250,000 or more. Your 10% referral on that engagement is:

$2,500–$5,000

A single fee, not a monthly trickle. For example: a $2M business where we identify $250k in recoverable profit generates that referral fee for the person who made the introduction. Keep it as income, or pass it back to your client as a cashback. No formal agreement needed to make your first introduction.

If you're an accountant or adviser: you don't have to take the fee yourself. Pass it to your client as a credit on their next invoice instead. That way the introduction is never about your own payout, it's a benefit you're handing to the client, which keeps it clean alongside the advice you already give them.

We look for miracle levers — the few things that change everything

Most businesses have hidden profit. Not in the obvious places, but in the gaps between what the numbers show and what the business could actually do. We call these miracle levers: a small number of specific changes that, if activated, produce a disproportionate lift in profit — often without additional headcount or capital.

Accounting

Cost structure, margins and working capital opportunities that get classified as “just the way it is” — until someone looks properly.

Banking

Cash flow, debt structure and lending optimisation seen from the inside — where the real cost of money is often invisible to the owner.

Marketing

Revenue left on the table through pricing, positioning, retention and conversion gaps that don't show up on a P&L until you fix them.

IT & Systems

Process inefficiencies and technology gaps that silently cost time and money every single day — visible once you know what to look for.

AI & Automation

Where AI and automation can compress costs or scale capacity without adding headcount — the newest lever, and often the largest one.

Business Systems

How the whole operation fits together — where the handoffs break, where the leaks are, and what a more joined-up business would look like.

John North brings background across all six of these disciplines. Most advisors live in one lane. The ability to move across all of them — following the profit wherever it's hiding — is what makes the diagnostic different from a standard review.

Run on one platform, not a spreadsheet and a prayer

We use our own Evolvepreneur®iQ system to manage, assess and leverage your client's profit intelligence journey — from the initial diagnostic through the 90 days of capturing it. Every lever we activate, every milestone and every result is tracked in one place, not scattered across emails and spreadsheets. That means your client gets a clear, running view of progress, and you get visibility into how the introduction you made is actually playing out.

If your clients are running a business, this is relevant

Our target client turns over $2m to $10m. If that describes any of your clients or contacts, there is likely a fit — we work with businesses anywhere.

Finance brokers

The profit diagnostic complements a refinancing or working capital conversation — clients who improve profitability become better borrowers.

Accountants

You already see the numbers. We turn that data into a structured plan for improvement. A natural add-on for advisory clients.

Business advisors

The diagnostic gives you an independent, quantified view of a client's position that you can use as a foundation for your own advice.

Professional networks

If you run a business network or community of SMB owners, a referral arrangement can add genuine value for your members.

We will be in touch within one business day to confirm the arrangement and walk you through the referral process.
